How much does postage and packing cost?
The amount charged is the actual rate charged to us. This is calculated by our software when you checkout and is based on the weight of the items in your cart and the delivery method chosen. Orders over £100 automatically qualify for free shipping.
What if my item is lost or broken in the post?
In the unlikely event this happens, please contact us via the link on the left and we will arrange a refund or replacement for the item. You will also get a store credit for the amount you have spent on return shipping if applicable.
What is your return policy?
You may return an item within 7 days of receipt for any reason. As long as the item arrives in the same condition as sent you will be given a full refund excluding postage costs.
How do I get a discount code?
Discount codes are our way of saying thank you to our previous customers by giving them a discount on their next purchase from us. Each invoice we send along with your item(s) contains a discount code, these codes are 5 digits in length. Codes are unique and can only be used once, they are not member specific so can be given away if desired. The discount amount given is based on a percentage of your previous order, codes are valid for one year from the date of issue. Add an item to your cart to see your discount applied (currently this facility is only supported if paying via PayPal).
